I took the business and finance course with Fay. I included a 2 hour private tutoring session and one semi private tutoring session. Anyone reading this probably knows the high first time failure rate for testing. It was extremely intimidating for me. In 15 weeks I took the test, confidently, and passed. The class was not what I expected. It took a couple weeks but once I understood the method, it worked for me. I passed with over a 90% in approximately 2 hours. I recommend the course and most of all the instructor. Fay is tough but fair and awesome in general. She prepares you with a real world teaching style while being efficient and professional. 1 Exam Prep has been one of the best Construction Education schools out there. I bought my Roofing Contractor books from this company and received books as promised within reasonable time. They helped guide me through the process. Always responsive to my emails and questions. Once I passed my business and trade exam. They also assisted me with the Roofing Contractor application. I got the opportunity to work with Lauren. Great person to work with she answered all possible questions, kept in touch and followed up. In fact she called me to give congratulations as I was approved all most immediately. Expected approval time from the state was 20-25 days however I got approved in just under 4 days. 1 Exam Prep is the only reason I passed my business finance test for the State of Florida. Ms. Fay was an excellent teacher. The test is very tough and if you follow her classes and advice you will pass. There is no way I could have passed this test without her classes. I rented my books and whoever gets them after I return them will be very happy. U recommend this company. Now just follow her advice and teaching.

Andrea is the best instructor. She has been there to answer any of my questions, took the time to explain any questions that I had, and motivated me to study. She encouraged me to take the test when I felt ready and that’s exactly what I did. I cannot thank her enough. Even after my exam, she called me to ask how I felt and how the exam questions compared to her teaching material. Andrea is truly someone who cares about others succeeding.
